Welcome! The Universal Counseling Center Database
(UCCD) is a clinical database and scheduler designed to be used by college and
university counseling centers. It is easily customized by end users, can be
networked, and integrates scheduling, record keeping, and clinical functions.
In addition to the standard version, special versions are available that handle
sliding fee scales, multi-axial diagnoses, and external supervisors for
training clinics.
The program demo requires Microsoft Access 97
(tm) or Access 2000 (tm) to run. If you do not own Access, the
software can be purchased in a "runtime" version that does not
require Access, but demo of this is too large to put on this web site.
You may download the program demo, download a slideshow
(if you don't have Microsoft Access97 or Access2000), or view the slideshow
online (best with a fast internet connection).

If you have Access 97: you may download a copy of the demonstration program by clicking on the next link. It is a fully functioning program but limits the number of clients you can enter to 20. You should make sure you have the full installation of Access97 because this application uses the MSCalendar ActiveX device, which is not normally installed in the 'standard' installation.
